RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching Duties

Deliver instruction for the Academic English Foundation (AEF) program—an ECE exclusive curriculum based on the Cambridge framework (covering all 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- AEF Basic Level: A0/A1 – B1 (140 CES)
- AEF Intermediate Level: B1 (140 CES) – B1+ (160 CES)
- AEF Hi-Intermediate Level: B1+ (160 CES) – B2 (176 CES)
Maintain high pedagogical standards and language proficiency to meet job requirements; take full responsibility for the accuracy of information communicated to students and parents.
Design lesson plans based on the center’s curriculum and deliver instruction as required. Analyze Cambridge-based teaching materials across various topics, demonstrating a broad vocabulary and deep knowledge of academic English. Possess a strong grasp of grammar and usage to provide clear, detailed explanations to students, helping them understand subtle nuances in language choices.
Experience in teaching, curriculum design, or familiarity with the following materials is a plus:
- Laser, Destination series (Macmillan)
- THiNK, Vocabulary in Use, Grammar in Use series (Cambridge)
- KET, PET, FCE, and CAE exam preparation materials
Assign homework with clear instructions and submission procedures for students.
Grade and return student assignments/exams within the center’s specified deadlines.

Classroom Administration

Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their language proficiency, tailored to the specific requirements of the course.
Address inquiries from students and parents regarding classroom learning.
Coordinate with relevant departments and personnel as needed.

Other Requirements

AUTHORITY

– Request necessary resources and working conditions from management to fulfill duties.

– Monitor and ensure internal administrative procedures are followed according to regulations.

– Exercise other authorities delegated by management on a case-by-case basis.

Competitive hourly rate for full-time positions, ranging from 345,000 – 600,000 VND/hour.
