ECE Language Center Updates Branch Addresses Following Hanoi’s Administrative Boundary Changes

Hanoi, July 3, 2025 – ECE Language Center is pleased to announce an update to the addresses of our facilities in Hanoi. This change is in compliance with Resolution No. 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee regarding the reorganization of commune-level administrative units in Hanoi for 2025, which took effect on July 1, 2025.

This administrative boundary adjustment is part of Hanoi’s master plan to optimize urban management and development. To ensure accuracy and convenience for our students, partners, and staff, ECE Language Center has completed the update of our facility addresses in accordance with the new regulations.
