  • ECE Language Center only uses customers’ personal information for the purposes stated above or other purposes (if any), provided that customers have been notified and consented.

  • Customers understand and agree that ECE is obligated to disclose customer information upon the request or decision of competent government authorities and/or as required by law. ECE shall be fully exempt from any liability related to information security in such cases.

  • ECE is committed to data privacy and will not share, disclose, or transfer customers’ personal information or online transaction details on the website to any third party without customer consent, except when required by competent government authorities, by law, or when such disclosure is necessary for ECE to provide services and features to customers.
  • You can request the deletion of your collected data and account information by emailing: marketing@ece.edu.vn. You will need to verify ownership of the account. Within 48 hours, your collected data and account will be deleted from our system.
