To enhance student awareness and commitment to their studies, help them make progress, avoid disrupting the overall class learning environment, ensure outcome commitments, and support the teachers’ dedication, the following are the student regulations for ECE English Language Center:

1. Students must actively participate, speak up in class, and complete all homework before class.
2. Attend all classes on time. Students who miss more than the permitted number of classes will not be eligible for the outcome guarantee, specifically as follows:
To ensure the quality of the learning process, students are allowed to miss no more than 02 classes out of the total number of classes in the course. Exceeding this number (from the 3rd missed class onwards), ECE English Language Center will not guarantee the outcome for the student.

• The first 10 classes cover core course material. The Center requires students to attend all of these classes. If a student misses any of the first 10 classes, the Center will not arrange make-up classes.
• If a student must miss a class, they must notify the Center at least 2 hours before the class begins to arrange a make-up class according to the Center’s schedule. Even if a student attends a make-up class, the original absence will still be counted towards the total allowed absences to ensure quality standards. (Students who are late or miss class without prior notification will not be eligible for make-up classes).
• The Center does not guarantee specific make-up class times. If a student is unable to attend after two attempts to schedule a make-up class, that make-up session will be canceled. The Center will not be held responsible.
• ECE Center only guarantees outcomes for students who attend classes, take exams, and complete all assignments as required by the Center.
• Mid-term and final exams are included in the total number of classes as per the course regulations. Students are required to attend these exams. In cases of legitimate reasons, students must notify the Center to be considered for and assisted with scheduling a make-up exam within 7 days from the date of the official class exam.

3. No eating, drinking, or moving around freely in the classroom.
4. Do not cause disruption or engage in personal activities during class. If a student’s behavior negatively impacts the class’s learning environment, the teacher reserves the right to ask the student to leave that class session.
5. Turn off phone ringers during class and may request to step outside to answer calls.
6. No smoking in the classroom. Comply with fire safety regulations and avoid wasting electricity and water unnecessarily.
7. Maintain the general cleanliness of the classroom and the Center.
8. Within the first 5 classes, students may defer their course for a legitimate reason and must submit a deferral request form and pay the associated fees as per Center regulations. The deferral period is 90 days from the date the deferral process is completed.
9. Students must fully participate in both the mid-term and final exams according to the course schedule. In cases of force majeure preventing participation on schedule, students should proactively contact the Center for assistance in arranging a supplementary exam.
