Registration process for 1-on-1 IELTS at ECE
- Step 1: Leave your contact information on ECE English platforms, including our website, fanpage, or Zalo. If you contact us via our hotline, you will receive direct consultation.
- Step 2: The ECE center will contact you to discuss your study plan, schedule, instructor, tuition fees, and learning format (including offline locations if applicable).
If you haven’t had your proficiency assessed, you will be offered a free placement test at ECE (available online or in-person at one of our three branches). This test covers all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
- Step 3: If you agree with the offer from ECE in Step 2, the center will schedule a time for you to pay the tuition fees before starting. If you are not satisfied with the suggested instructor, the center will provide information on other teachers for you to choose from.
- Step 4: ECE and the student sign a contract based on the agreed terms.
- Step 5: The student begins 1-on-1 sessions with the instructor according to the agreed schedule.
Throughout the course, all notifications regarding schedules, reminders (if you miss homework or classes without notice), or warnings (if you exceed the allowed number of absences or frequently miss homework) will be sent via email. All learning materials (hard and soft copies) will be provided in full.

To recognize your efforts and provide motivation, ECE offers a reward policy for students who achieve a band score of 8.0 or higher. A reward of 1,000,000 VND will be awarded to the student immediately.
